Does anyone know what’s happening with Exposure X7?

It’s one of my favourite all-in-one photo organising, editing and effects tools, but Exposure X7 was launched way back in 2021. Exposure X7 is still on sale on the Exposure Software website, but there have been no new blog posts since 2022 and all of my attempts to contact the company by email (I can’t find a phone number) have failed.

Now normally, if a company suspends operations it will say, so but for Exposure X7 to be still (apparently) on sale but for the company to be otherwise silent, is strange to say the least.

Under other circumstances I would write this program off and move on, but the fact is I think Exposure X7 is just too good to slide out of view like this. Its image organising tools are refreshingly simple and effective, its editing tools are excellent (though I wouldn’t use it for RAW files) and it has a collection of preset effects that rivals those in the Nik Collection and ON1 Photo RAW.

Exposure X7 also works as a plug-in for Lightroom Classic and Photoshop or as an external editor for Capture One. If I had any confidence that it was still a going concern, I would be using it all the time.
