Category: Lightroom tutorials

This is where you can browse through all the Lightroom tutorials on Life after Photoshop. Lightroom is Adobe's professional image cataloguing and editing program. You can use it to organise all your images in a single image library, search them, arrange them into Collections and Smart Collections and enhance them with a range of non-destructive editing tools, including local adjustments. It comes in two versions: Lightroom 6 (the perpetual licence version you pay for outright) and Lightroom CC (part of Adobe's subscription-based Photography Plan). I strongly recommend the Photography Plan because you also get Photoshop CC and it's the most cost-effective way to get both of Adobe's professional photo management and editing tools. You also get automatic, free updates to both programs.
