Category: Affinity Photo

Affinity Photo is published by UK company Serif. It’s a low-cost Photoshop alternative originally for Mac users only but shortly to become available for Windows too.

Significantly, Affinity Photo is sold with a regular ‘perpetual’ licence, unlike Photoshop’s subscription fees. This alone is enough to sway many buyers, but there’s more – the price is deceptive. For this money you might think you’re getting a cut-down ‘amateur’ image-editor, but nothing could be further from the truth. Affinity Photo is a full-power professional photo editing application that can do practically anything that Photoshop can do and often more. It’s also been built from the ground up to be very fast.

Here’s a small selection of Affinity Photo tutorials, with more to come.
